Shipping Details and Policy
- Delivery time is between 2 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However, delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
- Free Shipping on all orders over the value of 3,500 excluding furniture.
- Exact Delivery charges (Furnitures Only) will be communicate by our representative once order received.
- We charge 250 on all orders under the value of Rs.3,500.
- Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
- Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
- Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
- On orders above the value of 50,000 we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then.
- Our in-house furniture items are not ready to ship. The order will be processed after receiving the advance payment and will be completed and delivered within 20 to 25 working days.
